CLUB DAY INFORMATION

Club Days are the second Sunday of every month.  

A club day provides the opportunity to race in a controlled environment, with Race officials and timed races.

Registrations close the 8pm Thursday before Club Day, this allows the club day organisers time to plan the club day.

Club Day Registration $60.00

Transponder Hire $20.00

If you do not have a KSNZ Competition Licence you will need to pre-purchase a One Day License - $50.00 - obtained through KSNZ use link below. Please do this during the week so it can be procesed. 

Classes Raced On Club Days

Cadet Rok / Raket 85 – 6 yrs to under 10 yrs

Vortex Mini Rok –  9 yrs to under 13 yrs

Junior Clubsport/Briggs Jr - 10yrs to under 16 years

Junior Rotax / DVS – 12yrs to under 16 years

Senior Rotax Light / Heavy – from 15 years

Open (up to 250cc) – from 15 years

1 March 2026 Race Day Timetable

No engines to start before 9:00am

Gates Open: 7.30 am

Scrutineering of X-Platers 8.00am – 8.40am

Registration & Confirmation of Entries: 8.00 - 8.40am

No Engines are to be started before 9.00am

Tuning Runs: 9.00 am

Racing: Commences after Tuning 

Prize Giving & refreshments in Club House after racing finishes, and Bathurst on the Big Screen.      

Transponders

It is compulsory to have a transponder on a kart on a race day. Transponders can be bought or leased on a permanent basis from Kartsport New Zealand and the Club has some for temporary lease.

Shop / Bar

The club shop stocks hot food, drinks and confectionery.

The Bar is open at the conclusion of racing.  It is a condition of our bar license that only refreshments purchased from our bar can be consumed at the track.  

Pitsites

The concrete pit sites are leased by members, please check before pitting on one of these sites.

Prizegiving

​​​​​​​You are welcome to stay for prize giving which starts about 30 minutes after racing finishes.
