To access the track, members must have a KartSport New Zealand Practice or Competition license. (this is available from Kartsport New Zealand)

For a key to practice outside of club days please complete the Track Access Form
TRACK FEES:
Kartsport Manawatu Club Member: $10.00
Kartsport NZ Member: $20.00 (must produce membership card)
Non MKC/Kartsport NZ Member: $20.00 – must be accompanied by Kartsport Manawatu Club Member.
Indemnity forms are available at the honesty box at the track.
Track Hours
The Track is closed on Tuesdays.
Winter: 9.00am – 5.00pm
Daylight Saving: 9.00am-6.00pm
Failure to adhere to these times could result in suspension from the club.
Pit Sites
Pit Shelters and Concrete Pit Sites are leased by members, do not pit in these sites without prior authorisation.
Pit Shelters leased on a yearly basis from 1 April to 31 March. If you wish to lease a pitsite contact the Treasurer accounts@kartsportmanawatu.org.nz for more information.
If you are using an unoccupied pit site on club day the casual fee will be $20 for the day payable with your entry.
Tidiness
Please keep the pits clear of rubbish and discarded parts by using the rubbish bins provided and if fuel is spilled on the asphalt please clean it as soon as possible before it dissolves the asphalt. The clubhouse should be kept in a reasonable state. We ask for your cooperation.
Practice Days
A key must be obtained which will open the gate. The key does not allow entry to the clubrooms, which are additionally protected by an alarm system.
You may not drive a kart without another person present. This other person must be capable of obtaining or giving assistance in the event of an accident. Practice sessions are for a maximum of 10 minutes if another kart is waiting. INDEMNITY FORM MUST BE COMPLETED
Separate sessions are required for Cadets, Junior Restricted, Juniors, and Seniors, ie only karts from one of these classes may be on the track at any one time. Protective clothing and an approved helmet, as per the KartSport NZ Licence book, must be used during any practice session. The track is available to members on any non-Club day unless otherwise advised in the Club website.
Track Closure
The track may be closed on occasion for special events, members will be notified by email and on the website.
